Katelin Springfield, FNP-C, Owner
Kate is originally from a small town in southeast Colorado. She graduated in 2012 from the University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science and minors in chemistry, biology, and psychology. After college, she worked in private practice medical clinics until she returned to UNC Greeley for a B.S in nursing. She worked in the acute care setting as a registered nurse for several years and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing, graduating in 2019.
Kate is passionate about helping people age gracefully and functionally by optimizing their overall health and quality of life. She has completed advanced aesthetic and hormone training all over the country with some of the most prestigious names in the industry. Some of her training includes injection techniques for neuromodulators, dermal fillers, sculptra, and platelet rich plasma. She has also completed training on PDO threads, bioidentical hormone replacement, radiofrequency devices, and lasers. She is truly passionate about providing a natural result using combination techniques and a full facial balancing philosophy. She is also dedicated to keeping up on the latest and safest techniques for her patients, investing in her continuing education throughout each year. Kate enjoys reading, spin class and working out, wake surfing, traveling, and eating the best food she can find. She is married and has two rottweilers and a cat.

Brittany, Aesthetic Nurse Injector, RN, BSN
Brittany is a born and raised Colorado native with a strong passion for helping others feel better about themselves.
Dr. Jacqueline Bearden, MD
Medical Director Dr. Bearden is a Northern Colorado native, board certified in family medicine. She has done extensive training in cosmetic procedures attending courses throughout the United States and Canada. Dr. Bearden has experience in injection techniques for neuromodulators, dermal fillers, sculptra, platelet rich plasma, bioidentical hormone replacement, radiofrequency devices, and lasers. As the Medical Director, she provides direct, on-site supervision with years as a Family Physician under her belt as well. Integrity, confidentiality, and providing clients with the highest standard of care is her goal while giving natural results.
Our Estheticians
Jenny, Paramedical Esthetician, Spanish Speaking
Jenny joined RMA in 2010. She has been practicing aesthetics since 2008. She graduated from Heritage College, Denver and Rocky Mountain Laser College. Jenny has a wide range of specialties, including facials, makeup, laser hair removal, laser services, waxing, microdermabrasion, and more! Jenny loves enjoying the great outdoors with her family and friends, from hiking to paddle boarding. She is passionate about helping clients feel their best everyday.
Diandra, Paramedical Esthetician
Diandra joined RMA in 2018. She graduated from IBMC in 2014, and received her laser certification from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics in 2015. She is a skilled aesthetician that performs a variety of treatments from facials and laser work to skin tightening and dermaplane. Diandra is a dedicated fan of baseball and wrestling. She loves the Colorado Rockies, but saves her full devotion for her children’s teams. Diandra is passionate about helping others feel confident in their own skin.
Robyn, Receptionist, Esthetician
Robyn has been with RMA since 2010. It’s her beautiful smile and caring voice that welcomes you into our office. Robyn enjoys time with family and friends and is an avid admirer of the mountains. Though she won’t admit it, Robyn is a beautiful singer with natural talent that shines through. Robyn is a licensed esthetician and is able to provide that caring service through skin treatments. She has developed a true passion for the aesthetics business and making people feel better about themselves.
Kendall, Esthetician
Help us welcome Kendall to our growing team! Kendall joined us from Virginia where she was a Master Esthetician for over 5 years. She loves animals and has a pet cat, dog, and even a lizard! She is passionate about helping patients feel their best in their skin. We are thrilled to have her on the RMA team and to better accommodate your schedule.

Ann, Medical Assistant
Ann joined RMA in 2015. She graduated from Colorado College of Medical & Dental Assistants in Denver. She has worked in the medical field most of her life. Ann works closely with Dr. Bearden to make sure that all details behind the scenes are taken care of. In her spare time, Ann enjoys activities with friends and family. She enjoys interior decorating and has a knack for attention to detail. Ann is passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
Administration
Karelly, Office Manager, Spanish Speaking
Karelly joined RMA in 2023. She is a Colorado native, returning from Washington after 8 years. She has worked in the medical field and administration for over 10 years. Karelly loves to travel with her husband and when she is home, she loves to spend time with her dogs and family. She is passionate about helping clients feel the best in their skin and achieve their skincare goals.

Melissa, Receptionist
Melissa joined RMA is 2022. She is extremely attentive, outgoing, very friendly and has never met a stranger. Melissa is married to her high school sweetheart and has three amazing children whom she enjoys traveling with. Together they have been on four of the seven continents. She loves music and plays many different instruments. Melissa is very passionate about health and fitness. She looks forward to helping our clients achieve their personal goals.
Ahana, Receptionist
Ahana joined RMA in 2024. She is passionate about helping others feel their best and achieve their skincare goals. She is also currently in school to become a licensed esthetician. She is eager to build relationships with patients and we are thrilled to have her on the RMA team.
