DEPOSITS/cANCELLATION POLICY
In keeping with industry standards, we require a deposit for most services. We value your time and with limited space and appointment slots available, each appointment time is important. To respect our providers’ time, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel any existing appointments. Deposits will be retained if appointments are changed or canceled without a full 24 hours’ notice. We appreciate your support and understanding!
